Sardinia Wine Dinner | Culinary Dinner Theater

Join us for a special dinner featuring the superb wines of Sardinia. Our sommelier extraodinaire, Hudson Doolittle, will treat you to some fine Italian wines from this legendary island.

Sardinia has been called “the wine island” since the 1500’s, when it supported several indigenous grape varieties in a terroir perfectly suited to vineyards. The last quarter-century has seen a resurgence of fine wines from Sardinia.

You’ll enjoy these exceptional wines with a full five-course meal, prepared by our chef and his team, right before your eyes, bringing out the best flavors using the freshest local ingredients. Each course will be paired perfectly with Hudson’s choices of Sardinian wines.

The $25 you see on Eventbrite is the deposit only. Remaining payment to be made when checking in prior to start of event. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

You are welcome to arrive up to an hour early to enjoy a cocktail from our bar and shop vomFASS.
