Mid-Week Mastery: Let’s Get Nutty | Cooking Class with Julie Jasinski
Peanut Sauces and variations on nut-based sauces are a staple of many cuisines around the globe and can become a useful addition to cooking solo. They are versatile for meats, vegetables and grains. They can be made and stored and spiced to your preference. Chef Julie will lead you through several savory options, and we’ll prepare a stir fry, a noodle salad and pork chops.
Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar will be available for purchase.
Our classes are small, so you get personal attention. Your instructor, Chef Julie Jasinski, offers an approachable, practical guide to ingredients and preparations for ease and variety. Her blog, The Deliberate Pickle, provides a guide for solo meals, including meals in households where members have busy, differing schedules.
