Date Night: Valentine’s Eve | Cooking Class with Joel Olson
Why wait for the 14th to enjoy an evening with your special person? Be a part of preparing and then enjoying this wonderful menu: Shrimp Bisque with Cold Savory Goat Cheese “Souffles” and Toastes Pistachios; Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Creamed Spinach and Roasted Red Peppers; Israeli Couscous with Carrots and Dill; and White Chocolate Mousse with Sugar Cookie Crumbles. When you arrive, we’ll serve you Kir Imperial (Champagne with Raspberry Liqueur).
Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar are also available for purchase. Come early for additional cocktails (5:30) — class begins at 6:00!
Our classes are small, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work with up to 3 others at your own work station. Your instructor, Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.
