In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make, roll and form fresh pasta dough into fettuccini, tagliatelle, farfalle, ravioli and tortellini. We’ll make pesto cream and balsamic brown butter sauces and enjoy delicious made-from-scratch pasta! Don’t forget to wear clothes that can handle a little dusting of flour.
